Non-existent customer service, like many reviews online, Adam the so called manger is super RUDE and aggressive. The company tell you everything you want to hear at point of sale but don’t bother to tell you it can take up to 6 WEEKS to replenish stock!! Yet boast on website about how it sources it stock etc. Ordered flooring for emergency renovations, company said plenty in stock and I can order and collect on the same day but I wasn’t able to. Used website calculator which calculated two boxes short and now the company are sold out of flooring days after I initially ordered. Absolute jokers of the trade! Save yourself the stress, avoid this company!

Ordered two samples of vinyl. I will be placing an order in the future on one of the samples which was of a very good quality. Also pleased with fast delivery.

I am a single mum of 2, we had to move due to domestic violence and leave all our possessions behind. I havw had to start building our lives again, with very little money due to me having to leave my nursing degree. Its a real struggle to afford flooring or furniture. I have saved for months just for kitchen flooring and this company was the best price and affordable for us. So thank you for great prices. Can't wait for ny floor to arrive on wednesday ?

Ordered samples and they arrived very quickly. Excellent quality engineered wood flooring. We have had a lot of samples from different suppliers and these were by far the best. Really good price. I’m looking forward to making my order with them very soon

At this stage , we have only asked FDF for some samples for our upcoming flooring project, I initially requested a couple of samples, then after seeing a customers photo of a finished project, and liking it on FDF Facebook page, I requested the same colour as it looked much closer to what we were after, It arrived 48 hours later, so once we have made a decision Im sure we will be making contact to place an order . really impressed ..

My experience was very stressful. I arranged to collect my order thinking it would be a straight forward collection, on arriving at the store I was informed that there had been a mistake made with my order and they didn’t have the flooring I had ordered, I was then asked to go to there warehouse to collect, as the store is based in the town centre this was a 20 min drive to the warehouse, another further 15 mins as there is no signs or numbers on there unit. All in all this was an extremely stressful 4 hours round trip, I wouldn’t say I would purchase from you again as there was no apologies it was pretty much go and get yourself attitude

I bought 14 packets of flooring online then the next thing I've received an email saying they don't have any but will soon so I phoned them and they won't have any I till after Christmas they could at least state on the website out of stock and tell you in there email when they will have it back so go knows how long iam going to have to wait for it

I have always found this supplier helpful.The items are delivered on time and well wrapped up.This my fourth consignment.
